Breakdown of the Invitations

• 300 ITAs were issued under the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP).
• 59 ITAs were issued under the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP).

Eligibility Requirements
To be selected, candidates needed:

• A valid job or job offer in Newfoundland and Labrador.
• An employer invitation code, unless they already held valid Canadian work authorization.

This aligns with the province’s new Expression of Interest (EOI) system, introduced on February 19, 2025, which requires all candidates to register their profiles before receiving invitations.

Progress in 2025 So Far
With this latest round, Newfoundland and Labrador has now issued:

• 1,095 ITAs via NLPNP
• 214 ITAs via AIP
  For a combined total of 1,309 ITAs in 2025.
