• Express Entry Linked Candidates Were Just 3
  This suggests Manitoba is focusing more on local connections and less on general federal profiles.

  Francophone applicants, job offer holders, and Manitoba graduates continue to be eligible under other streams.

Starting late July 2025, IRCC will issue 35,700 invitations to apply (ITA) to sponsors who submitted their interest in sponsoring forms back in 2020. This aligns with Canada’s ongoing efforts to reunite more families through immigration.
